2023 Cold Acre Estate Chardonnay

The Cold Acre vineyard sits at an elevation of 580m, on a north facing slope, in the Macedon Ranges. The close planted vineyard was established in 2006 and farmed with minimal chemical intervention to allow the wines to reflect our unique site. The Chardonnay was picked in April 2023, fermented in barrel and aged in
French oak (30% new) for 15 months prior to bottling.
